Flour your kitchen surface ready for your dough ball.

Preheat your grill to the highest possible setting

Lay your base in the hot pan and spread tomato sauce up to the crust. Add a little parmesan, mozzarella and any toppings.

Once the crust has browned to your taste, remove the pan from the grill, add the remaining parmesan and drizzle over your dressing.

Stretch your dough ball out, pressing the air into the crust around the edges. Press out to the size of your frying pan, ideally 12".

Place your frying pan on the hob at the highest heat until the pan is roasting hot.

Once the base has browned, around 1-2 minutes, place the pan under the grill on the highest shelf. Again for around 1-2 minutes
